John was great, very nice. However i was quoted $84 for an oil change over the phone by a different representative and when I got there I found out that the tire rotation was not included. Then I found out after arriving that the oil change with tire rotation would be around $130 to $140. Additionally a 3 percent charge for using a credit card. I was happy with John but not with the pricing
