All of the staff was so efficient, friendly and informative, right from John, the gal who initially met me in the driveway as the place was so busy. The coffee/cookie lady was so sweet and polite, not just an employee. Your other office staff lady pitched in when cookie lady had to go help someone. John was so informative about the service I was about to receive. I thought I had an oil leak, explained the problem and had it corrected. Thank you, thank you.
