Chris welcomed me to the service department, found my appointment on your schedule and prepared the paperwork for my visit. The inspection was not fully completed because my right back break light was out and it was unnoticed. I was not informed about it from the service department via text message. When I came to pick up my van, I asked if the right break light was ok? I had my daughter press the break and it was still out. I was asked by Toby, “why didn’t you say something about the break light?” I responded, Why would I have to tell the company about the light when I pay for a complete inspection? I was disappointed.
