I came in for oil change and fluid checks. Went home and next day car began to hesitate. Felt like it would stall and the emission system warning light came on. Was very nervous but got home. My husband looked under the hood and saw a problem. The multi-pinned plug for the air emission control was unplugged. He plugged it in and I drove around the block. It seemed ok but the light did not go off. I called and man who had helped me called right back. He said to bring it right in. I did and they took it into the work are and turned off the light. Looks like the mechanic forgot to reattach the plug. It was very scary and I had to go 16 miles round trip back to the dealer.

I believe and Trust when it comes to recommendations from John Stearns with regard to my vehicle. I believe that when he says something needs to be done no matter what it needs to be done.
