I already called Lonn. Not happy. It’s unfair to customers who have worked with one service advisor for years and now deal with someone who has no idea about your car, nor does he trust what you know about the performance of your car. Did not have tech turn check engine light off. If he would have trusted what I said he would have turned the light off. I have battling with the check engine light since I bought the car. Service advisors should know the history of the customer they are working with. I can tell he assumed I knew nothing about the service of my car. I am now paying for a valve you all just replaced shy of two years that should have lasted longer. We put that part in at 220,000 miles the first time. Why would it be replaced so soon??? all of these things were an issue why didn’t anyone tell me last time I was in, which was a month ago. They didn’t take time to even think about my safety????? it appears like you all allowed problems to get beyond my ability to repair because you waited to tell me about the issues. Thank John Ackerman. If I had seen Lonn it wouldn’t have happened like this. In the future, when customers are with one service advisor for years, don’t change them to other advisors who don’t know the habits of the car or the owner. I will definitely be writing Honda Corporation about this. The leaks should have been identified the last time I was there to make sure I was safe on the road. Engine oil can leak and cause fire is what Lonn told me before. John Ackerman gave me no peace as he was so busy trying to push me out of there. Vatland I never felt more unsatisfied in all of my visits. I have been told by my tire company to be careful with Vatland because they will upcharge my visit or wait to identify problems and looks like that’s what happened. It shouldn’t have mattered if your tech was finishing after hours my last visit, he should have insured I would be safe driving my car, by diagnosing the leaks just as he did this time, but of course I had John. I asked about safety driving my car this visit and John acts as if I can drive it safely with no issues other than the ride. You all have also repaired the struts under warranty. I CALL **** if everything he is showing me is correct. I feel I should know which mechanic serviced my car the last time compared to now. Because if this is going on with my car and they failed to tell me last visit, your service department has declined in customer service. Lonn would have never let me leave like this. If my car catches on fire. It’s on y’all.
