Although I was satisfied with the service. . there was a glitch with the pay machine We wanted to pay with our debit card and it wouldn’t take it. So we had to pay with our credit card incurring an extra charge. A little disappointed about that. The machine should accro every debit card. Just saying.

I made an appointment for 9:45 service. I was there on time and was told that it would be a 90 minute wait for an oil change. What is the sense of making an appointment if you need to wait your turn? I asked if I could be driven home and then back? I was told no because its only an oil change. I was then told the cost of the oil change was $82 and if I used a credit card I would be charged an additional 3%. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Then I receive an email asking me if I was completely satisfied???
