Admittedly, I came in with no appointment for windshield wipers. I waited at least a half an hour before I went seeking an answer. They had found the wipers and for $25/wiper plus tax plus 3% charge for using my credit I got a very pair of blades. The service was ok but sticker shot was a bit more than I expected.
