I came in at 10:00 am told my car would be ready by 12:00. I waited and waited with no word about my car. At 1:30 I went to ask about my car. I was put off. Then finally at 2:00 my car was ready. When I questioned the person handling my case why it had taken so long. He implied it got over looked while he was at lunch. He got lunch, but I did not. It would have been nice, if before he went to lunch he could have informed me to who was going to handle my case.
