I have purchased new vehicles in my life and you always receive the red carpet treatment. Then when you take the vehicle back for servicing, It is always a different story. Get in line and wait you’re no better than anybody else is the treatment you receive at that point. But Bianka in the Mechanic Ryan I believe his name was awesome I felt just as if I was buying a new car the way I was treated. They diagnosed and fixed the problem on my vehicle and I was on the road within a matter of hours.
I was so happy with the treatment I told my husband Blue to bring all of our vehicles here to be worked on even though we live in New Mexico hundreds of miles away. We’re a Ford family with a Ford tractor and F250 and F350 flex a Taurus and a 1954 Ford pick up too bad we don’t live closer cause I would bring them definitely do your dealership thank you very much

I thought the oil was done last week.They did it this morning and then looked for more things to do by taking filters out.I thought it was odd that they would look for more the day I was supposed to pick it up.And it was 50 more than the last time.

My family and I were traveling from Arizona to Disneyland. We had a tire issue and pulled into **** Ford as they were closing. Without any hesitation they said yes they could help us. Stayed late to help only to find out the issue was a tire that they did not have in stock BUT called the tire shop in town and found it for us. Such great customer service and great people. I had an appointment with the GM side I arrived 25 minutes early. I was met with a service rep. He told me he couldn’t do my service as they were behind, he said he was sorry, he was going to call me? I have been a customer with my f150 for the past 10 years. I love 30 miles away to say the least I was upset. I went over to the Ford side, I was greeted by the friendly staff, explained what happened. They made room for me, gave me excellent service. You are the new kid on the lock, I’ll be very interested how you handle this before I find a new service center. I’m thinking the service center @ **** may be more dependable
