Charlie greeted me in the service writer's area. After he confirmed my scheduled service he directed me to the customer waiting area. He informed me of recall on my vehicle, informed me the parts were available and proceed to have the repairs made. He was very professional and courteous.

I ask that my tire pressure be checked and when I picked my vehicle up it was still saying low tire pressure… ladies in office were very nice but disappointed in techs work or lack of work on my car…

When I got my car back; the key fob that unlocks the doors was broken. It was not broken before I took it in for service. They refused to do anything about replacing it. The manager was in his office trying to get things done so he could leave early and would not even discuss it. I have always gotten good service from Ford until now. I am very disappointed.

Overall, not bad. Given the nature of your new “system” what was supposed to take an hour, took 2.5 hours. I get that new systems will come with kinks, but I would have taken a slower approach and implemented the new system as you move forward. Also, with the hike in prices means I will most likely have to find another provider. I do like the staff and the various women who helped me today were very nice and extremely helpful.

Well we weren’t pleased overall. We were quoted an hour wait for the service and it took 2 hours. Then staff was rude when asked about much longer and we didn’t appreciate it.

Pre-scheduled an appointment to have a 00,000 mile service and realized half a day into the process. There was gonna be a three hour delay waiting on spark plugs. Absolutely unacceptable now I have to go back at a later date to put the spark plugs on which cost me more money because I wasn’t expecting to stay there all day for a half day job. instead, I show back up to the dealership for them to tell me that they should have called me and told me that they are waiting on spark plugs that it would be 3 o’clock instead of noon so there should be better communication

Yes and no. Cindy was great, it just took 6 days to get results. Oil change, tire rotation. Wiper pump gone bad, and a rattle under the chassis. 6 days later the results were outstanding. Sounds like staffing problems and parts availability. But service was good.
