Tina did a great job but it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I have really enjoyed Clearwater Toyota except for how long my last experience was.

Left vehicle at 10 am for routine inspection.At 11 am received a call with a question if I can leave vehicle for a little bit longer to get done 3 recalls which i said fine.At 3:30 pm stopped by to see if is done.Was told 2 recalls and service is done.Vehicle was parked at front,not washed.I asked politely to wash it and was told they’re gonna work more on vehicle which i said-fine.At 5 pm I was called to pick up vehicle- not washed and on my question what’s done…just a regular service.At 3:30 I was told 2 recalls are done????

I understand things take longer than expected, I was told 1.5-2 hours and it took 3. I was not provided with status of service during the appointment, at 2 hours I had to ask about car.
When I got to my 9:30 appointment at 9:20, there was one other car being checked in, it became very busy about 30 minutes later, I thought I arrived before the rush, a status update during the visit may have lent to me being more patient, communication
