After arriving home the next day we found a lug nut on the drive way. It was from the right front tire. That was not good workman ship.

Pearce was very condescending. I took my 2021 4 runner in for an alignment 8/31. The problem was not solved and I have returned for another alignment, only for Pearce to tell me that the vehicle was wrecked and I needed to go to a body shop for repair. The car has only been serviced at Clearwater Toyota and never wrecked. Only until I insisted on seeing a manager was I referred to the customer relations manager who suggested a body shop and hopefully the problem will be taken care of by Toyota. Pearce had no idea how to deal with a customer’s problem and was putting the solution off on myself. He needs additional on how to perform his job.
