I was only slightly dissatisfied with my experience because I was forgotten. I sat at the dealership for an extra hour because my car didn’t have any maintenance upgrades so the system bumped me to the bottom. Once again, I have received the worst service. My truck was supposed to be brought to front for me to take possession of it, but it was parked elsewhere for me to find. The steering wheel had dirt and grease on it which the attendant took care of. I am a 33 year veteran of the US Army Infantry and am disabled. The dealership provides free oil changes to all disabled veterans but refused to honor my request because I own a Toyota and they only change the oil at 10K mile intervals. I actually bought a truck from them. Long story short, if I owned a different make truck that requires 5K interval oil changes, there would be no issues. I plan to talk to the manager/owner of the dealership. Toyota mechanics recommend changing the oil at 5K intervals.

My appointment was at 11:30 am to fix the water reservoir for the wipers I was politely checked in and told that I would soon be notified about the issue. At 1:10 pm, I checked and was told that they were busy and my vehicle had not been looked at yet! I asked the purpose of an appointment and was told that everyone had an appointment. At 2:16 I was told that there was a hole in a tube going to the water reservoir for the wipers. At 2:30 I paid $92 and told the car would be brought out(Therefore the job took about 15 min to complete. I waited for the car. About 15 min later I asked about the vehicle and was told they would check on it. Finally I was able to leave at 2:45pm. There must be a better way to schedule appointments and definitely there should be a timely announcement to the customer so a deferent decision about leaving the vehicle for repair. I had opted to remain since it was a minor issue and being elderly, 77 years of age, it is difficult to get rides back and forth. Thank God that Toyotas need very few repairs as a rule. PS. Service personnel are extremely polite and positive!

The wait time of over 2 hours for an oil change was excessive. I prescheduled an appointment for 10:15 and concluded after 12:15. The oil change sticker has the incorrect return mileage. There was a lot of glue remaining on the windshield where the inspection sticker was changed.

The Service Engine Soon light is still lit up on the instrument panel. I brought the car in, it was diagnosed, parts were ordered, finally got the car back and the service engine light is still on. Barton said I could bring it back and have it diagnosed again. Why didn't the service tech fix it the first time?
