I had an appointment at 8:45 for an oil change/tire rotation and checked out around 11:30 only after I went to a service desk to ask for an update on my vehicle. My vehicle had been parked for an unknown amount of time and I was never notified of my vehicle being completed.

I was required to make two trips to dealership due to wrong parts coming in. Two issues I had were the labor charge and consideration for the inconvenience due to wrong parts coming in. The book labor to replace a plastic door handle was one and a half hour for a total of three hours for both handles. Total cost in labor was $470 for two plastic 3 inch door handles. The “consideration” I received for making an extra trip was $30. In addition, I had to pay for a part the technician broke. I’m very disappointed.
