My advisor was the best but people make appointments for a reason and if you schedule a training during that time people should be told of this so they can have an option to reschedule. This was the poorest for of management I have experienced. Some people are on their work breaks and others have this only one day off to accomplish what they need to. This was absolutely inexcusable and poor management

Two hours and a half wait. I was told that there was a training taking place that took most of the staff. Then why don't you block appointment availability so we don't wait that long? Why didn't anybody say "it's going to take a while, let me get you a ride home?" Terrible
