First off Mike did his job, my appointment was for 1:30 for a recall on a battery clamp at 2:30 ash Mike how my car was coming told me wasn’t touched yet assigned to a mechanic changing a bumper on another vehicle. Told Mike to get my car and I would come back later he went to check on it and some kind of a way got it fixed and I was out of there shortly afterwards . I know crap happens but y’all could tell us there’s a delay and we make the decision to wait or not
