After leaving Toyota I had to drive to Leesville for work which my shift started at 12:00. It started hesitating like I Michael on Thursday. Just passed Gillis, my engine light came on and my cruise shut down. Since I had to work and couldn’t go back. I set an appointment for 9:30. My multipoint inspection wasn’t completed for 2 hours. That led to a couple of things that needed to be addressed and it took over another hour for me to get my car back. It took over 3 hours for a simple tire rotation, multipoint inspection, and replacement of filters.

To be there for six hours, there was no communication from the service advisor other than when I asked questions. I’m well aware that if I do not have an appointment, there’s a wait time which I’m fine with. It’s difficult to schedule an appointment several days out with 4 kids when my wife isn’t sure if she will be off or not. Since 2021 my wait time has usually been under two hours. The most it’s been is three hours, today was over six and the car still didn’t get serviced. I needed to be somewhere for an appointment at 4 o’clock, so I asked for my car. I was told that rules changed in the last month so if anyone comes in without an appointment, you’re automatically pushed to the back of the line and to the end of the day and that’s not how it’s been the last three years. So no one was communicated that until after the fact. All I know is when Blue was my service advisor, I never had issues.
