It seems to take a long while for an oil change. The issue is not the mechanics. The advisors are not pushing out notifications of service. Twice this has happened where I sit for an hour and when I check on the vehicle, I learn that it had been waiting on my advisor to initiate. I’m not sure how the process works but something is out of sync. Love the people and friendly staff but don’t like the service after checkin.

Very aggravated for 3 reasons:
1-Your staff dug in my glove compartment for who knows what then left some of my stuff that was in it in the floorboard;
2. Your staff also dig in the dash section to the point that they left a hair clip, bobby pin on the space in front of my shift & my medicine bottle in the cup holder. Put one of my keys on top; Plus, dug in the whole space on the dash digging for who knows what.
3. Pissed off to the max that someone stole my seatbelt extension that was under the passenger’s seat.
Lastly, I paid $127.?? for my oil change & maintenance yet it costs me who knows what all they stole out of my car while your staff were so called “servicing” my car. Hum, I definitely won’t allow any of your staff back in my car because they steal, totally one of the most
unprofessional thing that’s happened to me since I’ve owned a Toyota, but Will probably be the LAST if this is the kind of “servicing” your staff give customers.
