Only flaw is checkout. Angela was busy checking in customers. Why doesn’t the cashier handle the checkout process? We stood around for almost 10 minutes before service manager had a guy check us out at Angela’s station. Really would help the flow. Only one person handling payments instead of each advisor. Just my opinion.

Waited three hours. Technical complaint that I made was not corrected although the paperwork I received after the service states “tech put radio in diagnostic mode and performed microphone test and both mics are working at this time “, however, even before we left the lot, I showed the representative that the microphone was not working. I was NOT gonna stay longer because I had already been there three hours. I needed to leave.
