What is the point in having an appointment when it takes hours for my vehicle to be actually placed in a bay to be serviced/checked? for a potential warranty claim. And I wonder how much longer would I have waited past my appointment time had I not followed up at the two hour mark. Other vehicles that just show up ahead of their appointment time or no appointment should not be placed in a bay ahead of mine. What even is the point of an appointment if my entire day off work is wasted waiting for a non-answer that is likely going to cost me money to remedy despite said issue being reported to the agent prior to going over 12000 miles for a vehicle I've owned for 8 months. This experience has me considering whether to continue with the Toyota brand if this is the level of service and consideration after four consequetive vehicles. This is also the second time I've visited the dealership for the same issue.

Time was a little longer today than usual, but the work was still quality and thorough. Basic 40K miles check but when something else what noticed that needed attention, I was notified and the part was replaced. Still happy with the service, Lake Charles Toyota. Keep up the good work!

You do not need to contact me because I did tell Brant and asked him to pass it on. Your system does not notify me in a timely manner when my car is ready. This is the second time that has happened. I’m pretty sure that the car had been ready for an hour or two when I finally called. 15 minutes later I got a text saying it was ready. I don’t find that to be satisfactory.
