I don’t need to be contacted. I do just wish that someone would have told us the policy of those who stay to wait and those who drop off and go. We dropped it off at 9:45 and at 1:45 and it’s still not been started on and no one contacted us to let us know. So we wasted time in town all morning, thinking it would be done by lunchtime. My daughter and I had to leave my husband there to wait for the car when we only get two days a week. That policy should definitely be expressed to set up an appointment as well as when you show up.

I think it is unfair for Toyota Lake Charles to charge extra shop charges at $6.83 before tax. The service is great but hiddden extra charges are unfair are not disclosed before service are performed. I was told that Toyota Lake Charles does this because of inflation.
