I was happy with the oil change; HOWEVER, TWO HOURS PLUS is really too long to be waiting when you have an appointment! LC Toyota needs to rethink the number of appointments for a certain time if you are not able to accommodate people within an hour of their appointment time for a simple oil change and inspection sticker.

If we did not come to check on the status of the vehicle, we would have not known thats its ready. We left it Friday afternoon and worried that we might not get it just in time for Monday’s first day of school. Good thing we came by personally to check and its all ready to go. Pls communicate better next time, at least call and leave a voicemail . Some people do not have spare vehicle to use. Thanks
