Blue was great! He explained things well, tried to help identify the issue when I dropped off my vehicle, and he kept me informed of the findings. He also assisted with getting me a rental while my vehicle stayed overnight in the shop for repairs. I’m very disappointed that the shuttle service has been taken away. It is a much appreciated service for your customers who need a ride to work on the day that their car needs service. My floor mats were filthy when picked up my vehicle. Though it’s a 2006, it is in good shape. My car was not as clean as I usually keep it, and it seems that since that was the case, the staff took no steps to prevent soiling my vehicle while it was being serviced. Thankfully, when I brought it to Brant’s attention (he was covering for Blue the day I picked up my vehicle), he immediately took steps to remove the spoilage with the help of another employee.
