My service was completed in a timely manner. 2 recommendations were made about filters, I was able to get that done. My service manager was Brant and he was very polite and efficient. When I came back I was met by a manager in training and he was also very polite and speedy getting me checked out, filters installed, bill paid and me on the way home.

I found black greasy handprints on my dashboard in front of the passenger seat and also on the door on the driver side which I had to clean when I got back home. I also asked to disable the noise that my vehicle makes when it is backing up. After I left, I discovered that it was not disabled.

I was disappointed that I had $676 worth of work done and I didn’t get a free car wash at the new car wash. Also, when I tried to pay with my credit card, I had to pay $20 fee because they charge me a 3% fee for using my credit card, which is very wrong considering most of the time when people have a lot of mechanic work done they need to put it on a credit card that needs to be adjusted and fixed.
