I was happy with the oil change; HOWEVER, TWO HOURS PLUS is really too long to be waiting when you have an appointment! LC Toyota needs to rethink the number of appointments for a certain time if you are not able to accommodate people within an hour of their appointment time for a simple oil change and inspection sticker.
