I thought the girl, can’t remember her name right this minute, did an excellent job. She was thorough, kind, and very polite. She listened very carefully. She does great at what she does.

Everything was fine with the service one the vehicle but this time there were no recommendations for additional service and I was not notified that my vehicle was ready. I did receive a text that the vehicle had been processed and the service team would be in touch but no follow up text. Finally I went to the service desk to discover my vehicle had been ready for some time. Furthermore, I had to wait even longer for someone to bring the vehicle around. I would have been fine with walking out to get the vehicle myself and saved the time.

Service is always excellent. However; much work is needed on time management. I was there over two hours, and the onl work required was to change two filters.

The service people were very nice. They listen to my needs about my vehicle, but I don’t think the communication was as good as it could have been when I relayed that the noise from my seatbelt would only be heard at certain times if they could just look into it because the noise comes and goes. so after three hours of waiting, they told me it wasn’t looked at so I was going out to get the car and then I waited and I came back in and they said oh the reason why the car was out is because two technicians had drove the car and did not hear a rattle which I had relayed to them on arriving That there was not always a rattle, but it was very annoying when it did happen asked me about a video until later. I said well I had a video of it. This would’ve been very helpful to them and to me if they would’ve asked about this before hand when I spoke about the rattle was not always present , I realize it was extremely busy on a Monday and that could have been the problem. There was a lot of service people and they were very cordial. Just maybe not as tuned in to listen to the needs as could be. So at some point, I will need to make a return trip The text message that I got said that I would have an update of what was going on and that never happened. I didn’t know that no one had looked at it. I had to go to the desk several times to ask about it the process of what was happening thank you for listening.
