I was not aware that y’all no longer offer shuttle service. I had to quickly find a ride to work so I would not be late. Also, I’m not happy that I will not be supplied a loaner when I have warranty work done soon. I don’t think y’all should charge customers to rent a vehicle for the day when doing work on a vehicle, especially since there is no longer a shuttle option.

I was informed prior to making the appointment that the maximum amount of time it would take would be 1 hour. I was there for 2 and a half hours to get a key fob activated. I ended of having to cancel two of my patients which lost considerable income as well as frustrating my clientele. I was told throughout the process that “it was being worked on” and “it would only be a few more minutes” when in reality no one was working on my vehicle. I only got my vehicle when I finally asked for my keys back and to reschedule to another day.

I’ had a appt for 11 to get taillight changed and check the airbag signal that had come in. I was notified By way of phone at 12:30 that they had checked the vehicle out, but no one came to find my grandson. So I called up there 30 minutes later and spoke with them and they told me that I needed a new tail light and that they needed to check or fix signal along with $2000 on other findings and that it would take an hour and a half to fix the tail light and the airbag, so two hours after I was already there they’re telling me what I knew that I needed for them to do at 11 o’clock when I brought it in. I am NOT a happy camper at all because it still was not resolved because I did not have another hour and a half to waste my time to sit up there to have a tail light and a airbag signal fixed . NOT acceptable at all. Very disappointed in the service department that I have received in the past week. So now I’m going to find a mechanic to fix my tail light and hopefully my airbag signal because I am not going to sit up at Toyota for three hours. My time is valuable and that’s why I scheduled an appointment. I need someone to call me so we can resolve this issue . I use to brag about Toyota service. But Not now!!!
