It wasn’t Nunez fault . I came in for an oil change and a recall fix. Was told it would take a couple of hours. After 3 and one half hours they had only done the oil change and had not started on recall said it would be another hour or more. I came from Merryville and have to wait on truck . So after 3 plus hours I left with still no recall done. This is the second try at the recall as the first time we set it up when I got there they had sent my part back.

I had an 8:15 appointment to address a recall problem. When I arrived at 8:15 I asked what the issue was and was told it pertained to the air bags. I asked how long it would take and was told if it was the major issue that it could take about 4 hours. I was surprised and asked why I wasn’t told in the notification about the possibilities so I could make arrangements to be picked up. I agreed to wait. Three hours later (11:15) after not hearing anything I approached Clayton to check on the progress . He informed me they had not even started. It looked like I was going to have to stay all day as I hadn’t made any arrangements. Upset doesn’t begin to describe how I felt. I asked him to confirm work had not started as I was going to reschedule. Clayton returned and said it wasn’t the major issue. It was a switch under the seat. He said if I could wait another hour then the work could be done. I agreed to stay. An hour later the work was done. I was there 5 hours for a task that took one hour. I asked two questions. How could this happen and what is the purpose of making an appointment. I understand there were only 2 technicians who were qualified to do the recall repairs and there were recall vehicles ahead of mine. I was then told when I make an appointment that it merely put me in the queue. From my previous experiences with just changing my oil and rotating my tires I have had to wait 2 hours at a minimum each time. I believe myself to be a patient man and I expect delays. This isn’t a one off. This is habitual and most definitely unacceptable. Clayton is not the problem. His only problem was he let me sit for 3 hours and I had to approach him for an update. You need to assess this issue as I was there long enough today to see I wasn’t the only stranded customer. I debated whether to be honest and decided that if I didn’t and this issue persisted then I was partly responsible. Everything I have reported is fact not emotionally driven. Now if I return and that is a HUGE if and nothing has changed then you are the problem.
