Employees were excellent but I had a 11:30 appointment and I asked how long would it take and I was told one hour. The only reason why I asked was because I had an appointment at 1:30. I had to have someone pick me up and bring me. I was texted around 1:45 my vehicle was ready. This was my very first appointment and I love the gift shop and the complimentary food.
