You need to greet the customer and let them know who their service advisor is. After two hours of waiting in the waiting room, my car was ready. Went to cashier and she rudely let me know that I had to meet the service advisor to get checked out. We just drove up to our appointment and don’t know your employee or rules to get service.

Oill change,pulled dip stick after 6 miles,low oil. Not a little bit. Brought back ,they did agree it was low, and all together got there 10 minutes before my 4:00 pm appointment. Left at 5:30 pm. Yes in life we make mistakes but wow leaving a Toyota Dealer made me think. Whatttt??? New vehicle first oil change ????

It took far too long for the work that was done. From 11:00 to after 4:00. For a diagnostic test that show normal and pm and oil change. M truck spent at least 2 hours setting in the parking lot. And was returned to me the first time after 4hrs. And the oil change & PM hadn’t been preformed and it was back in parking. I understand that things happen unexpectedly But that was entirely to long.
