The price of an oil and filter changed by 67%. It had been 3 months since my last oil change. I am very unhappy with my experience with Lake Charles Toyota. I can’t understand how you can justify that kind of increase in such a short period of time.

Service was good, but my service guy wasn't super helpful. I couldn't remember what "shocks" were called. And we had to bring the car back because when they inspected it they didn't notice tail light was out. My daughter drives this car and I depend on ya'll to make sure every little thing is perfect. Otherwise I could bring it to Don's for service.

I was given a oil change of a higher rate that isn't recommended for my car. My oil change is 5,000 mile which is $49. The sale person chose the 10,000 Mile at $89. There is history of my oil change and recommended services; I am not please with this, but I have to have the service.
