The wait time was extremely long it would have been appreciated for a notice if appointments were taking longer expected. It being so long really effect the rest of my days schedule.

Will be charged twice for the same thing due to the part is not available. Instead, the service department offered to wait until the part is available a s then do the work while the part is available.
Now, I have to lay to the same labor twice. Also, i was told to leave a car for a week if I don’t want to pay twice then I have to leave the car for a week until the part arrives. Very Poor customer service.

I purchased the 21 Camry a week ago and brought it back for some concerns. I was charged $57.00 for that service. John Breaux said the fee was going to be returned. I felt uneasy that the dealership I purchased a car from couldn’t see in their data base that the car was just purchased and that I had to be charged for them addressing my concerns.
