Lets just say the service advisor that we were assigned to was just too busy to check us in even after sitting in our car 10-15 minutes. Finally a greeter took our form that stated what we were there for and said we could leave. Upon picking up our car it was more of the same. More folks standing around on their phones while we wait and wait for our car to be delivered. Service at LCT has changed a lot in the past couple of years and not for the better. I had AW as my advisor before he went to fin and he was awesome. You need more AW’s.

I had a frustrating experience at the dealership's service department. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I noticed the service representative chatting casually with a colleague, which delayed my assistance. His coworker offered to help me if the representative didn't show up soon, but he remained seated and didn't get up. After waiting for about ten minutes, a lady noticed my situation and asked if I had been assisted. When I replied no, she went to get Garrett for me. The other associate casually remarked that he hadn’t realized Garrett was preoccupied, seeming unfazed by my wait.
Once I paid my bill, Garrett didn't inform me that someone would come to retrieve my truck, so I assumed my payment signaled that I was ready for pickup. I told Garrett I would wait outside for my vehicle. After waiting for 20 minutes, I inquired with a staff member at the podium if I should go get my truck myself. Another service associate assured me someone was on their way, but I expressed my concern that it shouldn’t take this long. He responded that the person retrieving my truck walked slowly.
After waiting another 30 minutes, I politely followed up again about my vehicle. Finally, someone asked to see my ticket, and after a total wait of 45 minutes, the service department finally brought my truck out.
