Driving my vehicle home the same problem I brought it in for occurred- the lane indicator worked sometimes and other times did not so there is a problem - I am 200 miles shy of my 36,000 mile warranty limit being reached - when I asked if the problem persisted if I could not get it back in before that limit would the warranty be honored and I was told “I do not know” that is not an acceptable answer ! I will be bringing it back in and except it to be honored and will not pay another $89 diagnostic fee

I went in for a routine oil change with tire rotation. I also asked for my gas tank to be checked because the spring is broken. When I initially arrived the service manager did not come out to greet me. I was asked to write down what I was there for. Which was fine. My issue is that I waited for 3 hours before my car was ready. I wasn’t sent a text that the car was ready. After sitting there for 3 hours and witnessing another gentlemen being there as long as me being told by guest services his car was ready because he didn’t receive a text. I then Went to check on my car. I was told I was called. But it was a busy signal. When I did get the call an hour previously I answered & it went dead. He didn’t call back. Was told the gas tank wasn’t fixed because 3 people had called in. I just took the vehicle & will have to bring it back to have it fixed.

Angela Mancilla and the service department team are a well oiled machine from the top to the bottom. They are very kind, courtesy, professional, proficient, and efficient. I rec’d a text message notice that it was time for my vehicle’s routine maintenance service so I was able to call the service department to schedule an appointment within 48 hours with the New Year’s holiday included in between time. The young lady was very accommodating and the staff got me in and out within an hour! Thank you so very much, Happy New Year, and God bless you all!!!
