Last week A. W. informed us that Lake Charles Toyota will do free oil change on a disabled Veteran's vehicle. Sounded too good to be true. Today we found out it is a fact. We could not have better service than Lake Charles Toyota!

I did not appreciate getting a text about my vehicle needed new brake pads that were not in stock, and I had to pay for them today. I wanted “customer service” with a person with a pulse to come to me and explain what was sent to me in a “text!” I do not like reading a text, or typing what needs to be serviced on my vehicle!
