I was completely pleased with Angela however there were complications getting exactly the service I requested that was out of line with normal provided. I only had 1100 miles on the car since October. I really did not need my tires rotated yet and told her. she told service department. my car came back in a matter of minutes with an oil change that went awfully fast. I was surprised. My tires had been rotated so they took it back supposedly to the service department to put them back like they went in today. 30 minutes later the car was in your parking lot somewhere and the tires had not been changed back. Tony worked with me on looking for resolution when I bring it back for my two year check up in July. Looking forward to having service I will be requesting in July. Must say that I really don’t feel like it was in the back long enough to do a complete oil change. Hopefully I’m wrong
