From drop off to pickup was 2:45 for and oil change and tire rotation.
I understand it’s a new system and I’m not upset I just feel that is a bit excessive. I hadn’t planned the rest of my day around things taking that long
Maybe until you have worked everything out or spent some more time with it you shouldn’t schedule so many appointments so close together or at least let people know it’s going to take twice as long as it used to.
But I love the service your department give and how very nice everyone is.
