Barton helped me out tremendously today. I had gotten a flat tire and he managed to get a new one set up and ready for me to pick up within a couple of hours. Very professional and nice guy. Would definitely go back to home for my vehicles service needs.

I made an appointment for 1:15pm. When my husband got there, he was assured that he would be waiting only 30-50 minutes so I decided to stay and wait. 2 and a half hours is how long it took to have an oil change and tire rotation. We had an appointment. He spoke with the service desk multiple times and they assured me they were working on our car - but 2 hours for an oil change? If he’d have known it would take that long I’d have had me pick me up. We have a newborn at home so our time right now is precious. I realize this is a free oil change and that I’m sure they want to put paying customers first, but when you make an appointment I’d expect they'd honor it or at least tell me the truth about the timeline. Then, when he went up there the last time to check my status, I was informed my car was ready 15 minutes prior - but we didn’t get a text until after I had asked the last time telling me the car was ready. I don’t blame any of this on the service rep - he was wonderful and never got annoyed no matter how many times i checked the status of my car. I just feel like Toyota should evaluate their system for service or be more up front about wait times.

Scheduled for 0800. Took a day off of work to bring truck in for recall. At 11:15 truck has not moved. I have more things to do than set there waiting all day. After more than 3 hours of waiting I had to get truck and take care of other business which required my attention. Now I will be required to take off work again to reschedule to have the work completed. Not a good day.

Mr Nunez did an extremely good job. I came in without an appointment and explained that my service might be a long wait if I was staying at the dealership. I apologized for not getting an appointment but needed to service the car because of a long drive to Florida for the holidays. He promised to do what he could. I don’t think he over promised anything but his best which he did. Some how I was able to leave the dealership in less time than I was told. A lot less time and I appreciated that. I appreciate the people at Lake Charles Toyato. I might not know them but they treat me like they know my name!!!!
