Service was so swift that I didn’t have time to finish my coffee — wonderful start to my day!
And thank you for not listening thousands of dollars of potential repairs — I know my Rav4 is 12 yrs old but it just broke 41k miles — not the usual 12 yr old car. This is my 5th Toyota and my 3rd from Lake Charles Toyota. Plan to buy my next 4Runner in 4-5 yrs. I might have 70k on the Rav by then.

Only thing I would ask is when you call to make appointment with service department is that they give you an estimate of how long your appointment could be. I was told 2+ hours and it was much faster than that so I am pleased. But had I known it could have been that long, I could have arranged for transportation. Hope this makes sense.
All in all I’m always pleased with the service you provide. I just wanted to provide some additional insight

On a separate note and this is directly for the owner of the dealership from a business owner to a business owner I would say while I understand the cost of credit card fees (trust me I know as I pay the bill monthly) charging customers for such a fee is appropriate for a mom and pop shop that deals with super high margins of costs of good, for a prestigious dealership that sell cars and truck for 70k and charge WAY ABOVE MARKET PRICES FOR PARTS charging credit card fees degrade the status of the dealership! Not to mention that the way the program is implemented has some violations that I am not going to get into at this platform. Those kind of fees make the dealership look like the neighborhood donut shop. I have purchased 2 trucks from y’all and referred 2 friends that purchased a car each (Brady can confirm to you as he did all 4 sales) and I am not sure I want to my my next truck from a place that nickel and dime its customer while has no shame charging $80 for parts that cost $30at Auto Zone. It is very clear to me that the decision to charge 3% was made at the highest level of the dealership and that speaks volumes of the poor leadership skills and poor mindset of the owners. It is not a surprise that the service department is short handed, if the leadership team trying to squeeze Credit card fees from customers I just can imagine how underpaid and overworked those technicians. Take care of your people they will take care of your customers! My wife picked up my truck on Saturday visit and she said quote:” poor Clay, was left alone to handle 4 customers at closing time without any support” . If the owner of this dealership is also the GM of the dealership you are adopting the Dallas cowboys system and I don’t think we need to discuss the franchise results in the past 25 years. Please hire professional management that will increase your sales and revenue so that you are not hurting for 3% fees.

Vehicle brought in at appointment time promptly, but service technician was unable to perform designated services within an acceptable timeframe. Also, vehicle returned to me with muddy footsteps on the door plate and door frame. Not pleased with this experience at LC Toyota!

First off when we got there the assigned serviceman was off so a girl handled us. Second, she did not keep us personally updated and we had issues as per ya’ll text to deal with. In fact, if my husband had not gone to the desk where she was we would probably still be there. We were not happy with today’s service.
