I had a low tire this morning. I bought the tire from you and also had tire insurance so I came in at 8:15 am to get it checked. I was told that since I did not have an appointment, they could only guarantee that it would be done by 5:30 pm. That is ridiculous. Other tire shops have someone to "pull off" to handle such an issue. That was the case with the previous shop where I bought tires. I had two doctor's appointments, so I could not wait. I went to a station and just aired up. At 4 pm, my wife called, from across town, saying the tire was totally flat. Fortunately a friend had an air compressor, so I aired it up. I then called at 4:11 pm and got an appointment to bring it right in. It did have a hole, so it was repaired, without issue. I do understand appointments but it seems there could be exceptions for emergent, quick fixes. I was told the tire insurance did not cover repairs, only replacement. Getting oil changes and tire rotations at the same place was a consideration when I purchased tires from you. With this experience, I may have to rethink my next tire purchase. The prior repair shop also provides free rotations. I was, however, glad to get the repair, since we are going out of town, tomorrow morning. The service personnel were very nice on thus second visit.

It took 2 hours for JUST an oil change. I received my text with my report and after 30 minutes of the service man not approaching me I had to locate someone else to finish my ticket and get my car

This service department doesn’t know what they doing! They fixed what I didn’t ask to fix and didn’t fix what I asked to fix! How doesn’t the part department close before service does? How do you let a 2022 Tundra leave with “very soiled filters? “ oh because part department is closed and I need to come back Monday to change filters??? How a service department operate without parts??? The text system doesn’t work all the time and we don’t get updates. This service department always have excuses! Short staffed, part department closed, we don’t do recalls on Saturday…..

It may appear I’m there quite often but I know maintenance is the key to long lasting quality. I don’t just go anywhere I go to the professionals who know , sell , and service Toyota !
