Periodic up dates would have been appreciated. I called and asked for one but never received any. The gentleman at service desk checked for me. If I had seen this office earlier, I would have used it. I'll know for next visit. 4 hours is rather long.
Gavin was very respectful and brought me to the back to actually speak with the technical personnel.
