On my first appointment I told they could not get to me that day. The second appointment I waited 5 hours in the lobby and was told they didn’t have time that day. The third appointment they found the problem and said they needed a little more time. I waited 31/2 hours and asked for and update and was told my truck was not in the shop. I called my son to come get me and told Christian to update me in the morning. He told me it would be ready Friday. Friday afternoon I called for an update and I was given the run around for an hour with no clear answer and I told Tony I was coming to get my truck. It had never been worked on since I left it Wednesday morning. I waited a total of 10 hours in the lobby with only a diagnosis test and the truck never worked on. Christian and Tony were not the problem, they stepped in midway to try to help me. Please do not contact me, I will not be coming back to Lake Charles Toyota. The truth about the truck would have helped.
