Came in for a scheduled appt to have headlight changed and radio knob replaced. Part was ordered on Wednesday and should have been delivered on Friday. Appt was Monday at 1045. 12:45 I went to check on status. They said it was done only to find out I waited 2 hours for them to change only the knob which takes less than 5 min. And head light wasn’t changed because it wasn’t in. Staff should have made sure part was in before my scheduled appt. So I could have only made one trip. And I should have had to wait 2 hrs to change radio knob.

Scheduled an appointment for 10:15. Car didn’t move out of the parking lot till 12:15. Service representative did not give me any information or contact me until I went to him to find out about delay. Car was in service bay about 15 minutes when service representative saw me outside and told me I needed to contact Brand Engagement to find out what’s wrong and possible repairs.
