Just one little complaint. My tire pressure was low when I brought it in for oil change and tire rotation. I thought tire pressure was on the checklist of what was supposed to be checked. I believe I mentioned but can not say for sure that I mentioned tire pressure when I checked in.
I told the young man when I got in my vehicle that the triangle was on for low tire pressure. He sent it to the shop and it was fixed for me. Thank you

Was told it could take up to 4 hours. After 3 hours I wondered sbout the progress so I text the service rep. Within 45 seconds, i got a text telling me the vehicle was ready. When rep printed out sheet I saw 1 1/2 hours on the job. Hmmmm??? Why was i left waiting 3 hours?? He said it was because they had to wait til a certified repairman could get to it—not all are certified to make this repair. Sounded good until i walked right out & vehicle was already out of the shop & parked against the fence. Obviously it had been ready a while.
