Ms Strickland was very polite & patient because I dropped my insurance card & couldn't find it. So she had to wait until I pulled it up on my phone. Michael Guillory's attitude was disrespectful if not insulting throughout this experience, starting a week ago. His communication skills are non-existent. His sensitivity to customer's needs are well below average: I repeatedly tried to explain the urgency of my situation due an important medical appointment. He appeared dismissive and indifferent to my situation.
I would very much like to talk in person or by phone to his manager about our experience as it not easy to type a long discourse in the tiny little box sent by Toyota via text message.
