I was definitely not satisfied from the very beginning. I feel the servicewas very poor I feel my car was not serviced properly when I picked the car I was only able to use the car for one day before I had to return it to you because it had not been completely service although I paid much too much for the service even if it had been completed and it was not, I bought two brand new cars from you I feel I should be worthy Off better service Galvin Guillory tried his best to explain what was done? It’s the mechanical part that was not properly worked. I feel that $2300 was worth better service. I had more problems after I’ve paid for your service then I did before. I hope this gets to the manages desk.

I waited from February till now to get a spare key for my tundra. I was never notified that it was available. I checked on it and they ordered a key. I scheduled an appointment for something very simple, but I was there over two hours. I think someone could have scheduled me during a time when They had time to do it sooner. After I waited about an hour and a half I went and checked on it and they hadn’t got to it yet, but then he brought it back and had it done. I had a lot of other things I had planned to do on my day off but didn’t get to all of them
