When the appointment was scheduled I was not informed that the service would take approximately 3-4 hours. I then informed the service department that I would be staying and waiting for the vehicle service to be completed. I spent the next few hours in the waiting area and was later informed by a family member that the vehicle had been finished and ready for appreciably 30 minutes. When I went to the desk and asked about the status of the vehicle, as I had been waiting and no one came to speak with me, I was told that services had JUST finished. When I asked about the key itself I was rudely told that the key had been provided when we purchased our vehicle even though it had not been. When I asked further, I was spoken to in a patronizing tone, as the service personnel advised me about the key. I walked out of the dealership unsatisfied with the service management. The service technicians that work on the vehicles have been fine, but the inside staff have left me with a bad experience.

I trusted Christian from prior service with him. I took his advice because of the knowledge he showed as well as kindness which means a lot in this day. My mom needed to go in and make a payment as I was working and she relayed to me a similar story of a young man who is extremely kind and thoughtful. I have and will in the future continue to express my gratitude to Christian , John Breaux, and Corey Barron as well as the young lady who went over the vehicle with me. I cannot express how much this means to me and my family as we will continue to praise Toyota and your personnel. Thank you again.

Your invoice and prices are confusing and don't make sense. Also a free oil change and tire rotation along with a cabin air filter costs $100. You lost my business for life, except the oil changes only.

When John saw me in there today with my SECOND vehicle, he made sure we had not one, but two loaner cars (the second one on him) for my wife and myself so our day could be the least interrupted as possible. For same problem I went there two time . I they let me wait 2 hours but they don’t done anything.i am so upset. You guys don’t care other people time. If you guys think you can’t do on time why you guys give appointment. Specially service advisor David Nunez he is lying too much. If someone call me I can’t explain it better. Thanks
