3+ hours for oil and filter change with a rotation, incredible!Think it's my third time or fourth time in for service since norm reeves took over Huggins,Each time extremely slow! It starts the moment you pull in. One time I waited 10 minutes in my car to be acknowledged even though I had an appointment and was first in line.Service starts with attention!I have bought multiple vehicles at that dealership and have had all service done there for I believe 22 or 23 years.But after this car is out of warranty I believe I am done! Service advisor Michael was very nice, but 3 plus hours of my time is incredible, why have an appointment if your not gonna be handled in a timely fashion! Kurt H

I was told that I needed new brakes. My brakes were replaced in late Feb. I was told that I need my coolant replaced. That should be done at 100,000 miles I am only at 76,000. None of my fluids were toped off as they have been in the past. I don’t appreciate the deceptive nature of your service people. Honda used to be a leader in customer service and reliability, sadly you are following other vehicle service places in trying to just make money.

It took me several days last week to get someone on the phone. No one answered the service phone, so I went through the online chat 3 times to request a phone call, I only got one call out of the 3 requests. I finally called sales & finally got someone on the phone. I requested that my phone number be updated so I would get my service notifications. That was not done. I scheduled an appointment for 10am on 3/13. When scheduling the appointment, I was told that there were no loaner cars available for three weeks. The person scheduling my service appointment told me that I could come in and have my car diagnosed without having to leave it and need a loaner. However, when I got to my appointment, I was told that it would take at least one to two days to diagnose and I would have to drop off the car. I was not offered any kind of transportation until I asked for it. Multiple people were taken into service in front of me, even though they had arrived after me, because they had “established service people”, at least that’s what I was told repeatedly as I waited. I was told by Mr. Sanchez that I would receive a phone call by that afternoon letting me know if they were able to get to my car, so that I can make a decision whether or not to leave it or come pick it up. By 6 PM I still had not heard from him, so I called and was not able to get a hold of him so I left a message on his phone and I messaged him through the service app. By 6:45 PM I still have not heard anything from Mr. Sanchez so I called back and demanded to speak to someone in service since I hadn’t heard any updates since I dropped it off almost 9 hours ago. I was told that my car was still in line to be diagnosed, and hadn’t been looked at that day at all. Some other issues that I had is that I told the person who scheduled my appointment what was wrong with my car and they called that a front end issue, which I would assume would be one issue, however, when I arrived at my appointment, I was told that I would be paying two different diagnostic prices, because there were two different issues. I was also told that these Diagnostic prices would not come out of the cost of repairs but instead would be added to the repair price. This has never been Honda’s policy as long as I have owned a Honda, which has been for the last 13 years. When the dealership was Huggins, I had nothing but good experiences, even though I did not buy either of my vehicles through that dealership. They made me feel like I mattered and took very good care of me. I cannot say that about my experience this time. After calling another Honda dealership down the road, I realized not only was I being ripped off, but I was not being treated very well at all. Oh, and one last thing, I was never told that my car needed a recall, some thing that could very easily be pulled up as soon as you type in my VIN. Parts needed to be ordered for that repair, and I don’t believe that was even acknowledged, which would’ve added onto the time of my repairs if I had stuck with your dealership.
