I’m liking the new ownership. The previous owner/Huggins Honda installed a windshield that must’ve been left outside for years. That was AFTER I had $3300 of work done, I hadn’t returned until I saw it was under new mgmt. Your employees were all on the ball! Thank you, I will return for future service!

Oil cap left off the engine. Oil leaking and sprayed everywhere. Gasoline smell interior of car. Needs to be assessed for damages. I drove from Garland for a complementary oil chage. Very upsetting.

This was my first time to have one of my vehicles serviced at your location. Elizabeth was on top of things and took very good care of me. I only ask 3 things as it relates to service from anyone. That is competence, integrity and transparency. Elizabeth provided that to me and exceeded my expectations. I will certainly be back for service for both of my Acura vehicles. Kudos and thank you!

It was horrible!!! My battery fail a battery test twice the day before. Once at vandergriff Honda (had my car inspection done there) and once at O’Reillys I believe that I still had a warranty on my battery but I got it from Huggins Honda so my husband told me to wait go to Huggins to see if I had any probate left on the battery and get it there so when I got to Honda today, they told me that I passed I had pictures of my fails from Vandergriff and a picture from O’Reilly‘s and they said it didn’t matter that the battery pass their test therefore they wouldn’t gonna change it out. I also got my brakes done this morning, and when I picked them up from the mechanic, the mechanics, he said that when you crank the car there was a problem with the battery and I needed to check on getting a new battery so that made the third person tell me that I needed a new battery. But your Honda store told me that if ya’lls machine passed it they didn’t care about any others test!! Unbelievable!!! I guess I just need to get stuck on the side of the road not able to crank my car and then prove to you that I have a bad battery. Really??? Like I said, horrible customer service!!!

Elizabeth did all she could to help me out with the costs. But I am disappointed that the Spool valve was faulty and leaking over my alternator. I seems to me that your design engineer would be able to make it better.

I told the LADY the checked me in I had the low tire pressure warning and asked her to ask the techs to check for slow leak. I asked the GENTLEMAN who checked me out whether or not they had found anything. It looked like he didn't know anything about it. I think my request to check the tires didn't happen.

Absolutely worst service. I just needed an oil change. I called when I was literally 3 minutes away, at 820 and 26 next to the hooters, to see how long an oil change would be, they told me an hour to an hour and a half at most. I pull in and the guy, Michael Lindley, says 1 hour 45 minutes - 2 hours. I left at 2 hours and 45 minutes and they haven't even done anything to my car. What a waste of time. The guy didn't even apologize or anything. I told him thanks for wasting my time. I was using a complimentary oil change and he did ask if I wanted it back and I told him no, throw it away I'll never be back. When he brought the car back he didn't even say anything to me when I went to get into it, which I guess is fine because I didn't want to hear any excuses anyway. I understand it may not have been all his fault but at the 2 hour mark he told me it was going back to get done. I stood and watched my car just sit there with no one doing anything to it for another 45 minutes. I finally got tired of it and wanted to leave so told him I just wanted car back. No need to contact me as I don't want anything to do with y'all anymore. This "complimentary" oil change cost me 3 hours of my life i'll never get back. I should have known to just go pay the acura dealer $50 to do it in 45 min to an hour.

Much more difficult than before to speak to a service technician over the phone. The phone calls were put on hold several times for long periods. Otherwise, service quality was good.
