I set appointments online sometimes or over the phone. And when arriving its a bit of a wait no one knows or ask about my appointments. Dissatisfied with the long wait. Mike wright was really nice and help me out the best way he could. The wait today was 3 in a half hrs. When my vehicle was ready and sitting out i saw a couple of vehicles go ahead of mines?

Richard is amazing and the only Service Advisor I will go to. He helped me for the first time about a year ago or so and this is the first time in 20 years of driving Hondas that I have continued to request a service advisor and will not come in unless he is at work that day. So I feel that says something about him. I am so very grateful for him. Plus he is very kind and funny too.

I had appointment at 8am , I was there at 7:55am , got help at 8:20, don’t know what took so long . And left 11:20. I don’t know what took 3:25 hours just to do an oil change. I told them that I have job interview at 10 that’s why I made appointment at 8am and I missed my job interview, please check the cameras to confirm, my email is and my phone is ****-****-xxxx. I am a very old customer there and bring my 3 cars for service always . I was very disappointed this time. Hopefully I get better service next time . Thanks

I took my car in to have the glovebox fixed. Michael said it would be 1 1/2 hours. After 2 hours I asked for status. He checked me o I t saying I had a lot of leaks and need a battery. I asked for a copy of the report and he said he had stopped the 7 point inspection because I was in a hurry. All I did was ask for status. He told me to go to wherever I have my car serviced to get answers. What??????

1) Advisor didn't keep me informed about the status of my vehicle unless I called for one week. 2) State inspection had come as failed, but nobody informed me about that and I noted that after reaching home. So I had to take the vehicle again and got it done. This is highly unacceptable that it's a basic thing to keep the customer informed about stuffs like these. 3) Mr.Mike Harvey did help me scheduling the subsequent appointment for the state inspection, but the time spent over phone to catch hold of the advisors and supervisors is a pure loss for me and also an additional trip to the service center. 4) I still hear the ticking sound in the vehicle even more than before, which was told to be fixed during the service. Didn't expect so many issues to be happening in one service.
